I worked as an Interactive Developer on the HSBC website. I was tasked with creating a new feature area for their new pin entry system that would allow a user to log into the banking website securely.
On this project we were tasked with updating various parts of the front end of their banking website. Since the pin device was a new concept in banking at the time they wanted a way to guide customers through the experience of using the device to log into their account more securely for the first time. We created a number of guided screens in order for customers to navigate their way through setting up the new device.
